Meet the Founder

Ihssane Leckey

Ihssane Hasnaoui Leckey is an immigrant from Morocco, a proud Muslim-American, and a former candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives. Ihssane’s journey has been marked by her commitment to justice and resilience. As a former Wall Street regulator at the Federal Reserve, Ihssane fought against corporate greed to protect working families and build a more resilient economy.

With a vision for an inclusive America, Ihssane founded NasrNow to empower Muslim voices in politics. Guided by principles of compassion, courage, and decency, Ihssane and her team are dedicated to supporting political candidates who strive to make a positive impact in their communities.
