Our Journey
NasrNow was founded by Ihssane Hasnaoui Leckey, a former candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives, an immigrant from Morocco, and a proud Muslim-American. Ihssane’s journey has been defined by resilience and a steadfast commitment to justice. As a former Wall Street regulator at the Federal Reserve, she fought against corporate greed to protect working families and build a more resilient economy. Inspired by her experiences, Ihssane created NasrNow to support and empower political aspirants who share her vision for a just and inclusive America.
